By accessing or using ChatWiser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ChatWiser is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered chatbot services for WhatsApp and Telegram. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ChatWiser to send spam, illegal content, or messages that violate WhatsApp or Telegram's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Data & Privacy

We process conversation data to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatWiser is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of business or data.
